I have and recieved a court ordered of expungement from the curciut judge Iwas found not guilty of charges by jury trail this is the only charges that have ever been on record. Ark Code 16-90-906&16-90-901 says that I have the right to say that it never happened. but It shows up ACIC record that I was charged but found not guility Where is the law or ark code that counterdicts that ACIC can post this on record for law enforcement purpose when the law states sealed & expunged WHere is that Law

I am inquiring about the statue of limitations on theft of an individual involved in a corporation. I discovered August 1, 2011 that on 11/16/06 my brother that was president of a corporation in which I have 37.5% interest wired $1,080,294.98 to a title company to purchase a property in which I have no ownership. He also for a time period encompassing Jan 2008 through June 2009 transferred approximately $940,000 to companies in which I again do not have ownership. This information I became aware of in August of 2009. Has the statue of limitation ran to file against him criminally for either case? Do I need to file against him in the state he is living (Montana) or the state in which the offense occurred and location where he was residing at the time and can restitution be recovered in a criminal suit?

I have a felony class 2 for forgery from 7 1/2 years ago. I completed my probation and have never had any issues since then. Is there any possible way for me to either seal or expunge my felony? I have a family of 5 and I am trying to continue to grow my career. I just fear this getting in the way

Can the police tow a vehicle from a persons driveway after pulling him over for suspended license. the vehicle was searched because it was being towed and controlled substance was found. Was the search and seizure legal being as the vehicle was in the mans driveway? The man had already been arrested and placed in the police car before the search began
