What is the legal term for sneaking items into jails and prisons?

My husband has been trying to get his sheriff's card for a security job and has been unsuccessful. The reason he cannot get the card is because they say that on his record he has a crime of "moral turpitude". I know what that means but I was wondering if there is any way that he can get his card or get that off his record and also how long does something like that stay on someone's record?

Can a prosecutor have bipolar and if so does it have to be revealed to the client?

How do I get a court order to go see someone that is in a place I quite working for and now they won't allow me to see her again and I have the power of attorney's permisson to go see her?

A great uncle's Black Lung documents/case has been sealed. How/why does a person seal this information, and how can you "unseal?"
