contract law supplies broke contract and did not perform to order now want payment. I want to sue an attorney for destroying my collection of debt by mishandling the case. She is Billing for stipulated agreement not written to the CLIENTS written instructions. containing may ERRORS like first payment due 2019 then payment for 4 years.

I missed a pretrial conference in which I was the Plaintiff. The judge signed an 'Order of Dismissal with Prejudice'. I had won a judgement in small claims court and the defendant appealed the case to District Court. I did not receive a notification about the pre trail conference even though the courts said that one was mailed. What does this mean. What can I do?

My lawyer tried to get the escrow company to put his name as an additional payee on my settlement check. They refused. He had not talked to me about it, and we had no prior agreement to do this. He had not given me a written fee agreement. He had said he would give me a good deal, and I was like family. Would his attempt to add his name be considered unethical for a lawyer, and possibly an attempt at fraud, and what can I do about it?
