How Do I Stop a Collection Efforts for Money I Don't Owe?
Yellow Pages didn't get a response from us several months ago on renewing our contract with them, so not only did they renew it without our authorization, but they upgraded it to a much more expensive package. We argued with them multiple times that we didn't authorize the contract renewal or a package upgrade, but now they are possibly going to send it to collections or sue us for the money, is that legal, can we counter sue? This is in Indiana, please only reply if you practice in Indiana.
