I have rescinded a contract for deed due to default. What form do I file with the county clerk to cancel the contract?

I am selling a motorcycle for $3,850.00. The buyer leaves $200.00 to hold the bike for one week. A written receipt was drawn up noting exchange of monies. The verbal agreement was for bike to be picked up on said date (not documented). The buyer calls & leaves message stating he cannot pick up bike till following Friday (one week). I called the buyer back and stated that I needed the bike picked up on originally specified date, but the buyer was unable to accomodate. Nothing more was said. I ended up selling the motorcycle to different buyer. I contacted the original buyer for address in which to return his $200.00 deposit. The original buyer claims this was a Breach of Contract. My arguement is that there was verbal Breach at his end as well when he failed to pick up the motorcycle on the agreed upon date. Who does the law favor in this scenario and what might be gained?

My daughter did her 9th grade in a private christian school in Tujunga, I pulled her out of that school because it was very unorganized. The teacher will put movies on and fall asleep in the classroom. Payments were not kept very current, now she is going to a different christian high school where she is a junior. Now she will be a senior next year. We recently found out that her former school has not sent her transcripts from the 9th grade, because they say we have a balance therefore they won't send the transcript until the balance is paid, therefore my daughter won't be able to graduate next year. Without the 9th grade transcript, do I have a legal right to request for that transcript?

I own an Executive Search Firm that is owed a fee of $10,000 for the placement of a candidate. How can I collect my fee from this company who does business in PA? I have made my formal demand via e-mail, US postal and left messages. I have also confirmed payment was received for the placement of my candidate via a fax of a cancelled check.

If a cemetary lot I puchased is probed and determined to be unusable for any interment (including cremated remains in urns, does the metary have to provide a free replacement lot?The church's position is that since the other grave we purchased was determined to be suitable for two interments, then they do not have to provide a replacement for the unusable lot. This was never stipulated or discussed at the time we purched these lots and is not covered on the deed or list of regulations.
