Contempt

My divorce was final July 13th. She agreed to and the judge ordered that I receive 25% of her ESOP profit sharing, which is roughly $40,000. Now she says I'm not getting a dime. What is my first step to enforce the judges order?

The judge ordered a deed of trust to secure assumption. Instead of refinancing the mortgage in his name and paying me the amount due, he put the deed in his mothers name. My attorney said he does not know what to do! My divorce has been going on since 2004 and was final in 2006. All I want is the money owed to me or have the land in my name. Do I file a motion for contempt and where do I get the form to do pro se?

My daughter's financial settlement agreement was signed by the judge over 60 days ago. The settlement stated that the funds were to be paid in 30 days if possible, but no longer than 60 days. The divorce papers have been finalized and issued. My daughter's ex-husband has not paid the agreed upon settlement and will not indicate as to when he will. What legal steps are available to get the agreed upon settlement?

My divorce decree stated that my ex was to take over a car loan and put it in his name, and get my name off of it. He has not done that. The car got stolen and found burned while in his possession. My insurance company denied the claim due to the lack of cooperation and communication from my ex. The finance company is coming after me and my credit is going bad due to this. I need help and don't know what to do. Do I need to take him to court and can the finance company still go after me? I cannot afford an attorney and will need to do this myself.

Denied all visitation requests for 21 months. I have Joint Legal Parental Rights w/ normal visitation rights. What form(s) Motion would I need to file in order to Enforce Oklahoma State Laws for the rights of my two minor daughters and/or myself.
