Can I sue my ex-husband for breaching fiduciary duty regarding savings bonds?
My ex husband has been using our two children's savings bonds, without my knowledge. Three times I have agreed to have him cash in bonds for our daughters college books, tuition and a car. Totalling ($2000.00) In our divorce agreement it states that he will continue to purchase and maintain them for the intent of the children's education. I recently have discovered the childrens bonds are not what they are and should be. Can I sue him for Breach of Fudiciary Duty? Do I go to mediation or straight to an attorney?
What should I do if my ex-wife won't pay my ESOP share?
My divorce was final July 13th. She agreed to and the judge ordered that I receive 25% of her ESOP profit sharing, which is roughly $40,000. Now she says I'm not getting a dime. What is my first step to enforce the judges order?
What legal steps can be taken if a financial settlement isn't paid?
My daughter's financial settlement agreement was signed by the judge over 60 days ago. The settlement stated that the funds were to be paid in 30 days if possible, but no longer than 60 days. The divorce papers have been finalized and issued. My daughter's ex-husband has not paid the agreed upon settlement and will not indicate as to when he will. What legal steps are available to get the agreed upon settlement?

How can I file contempt of court against my ex-husband for unpaid medical expenses?
Jan 2007 I took my children's father back to court for non-payment of child support/medical insurance/medical expenses. Judge ruled in my favor. Defendent stated to the court that medical insurance would be in effect within two weeks after appearing due to a change in employment. To this date, Defendent still does not have medical coverage nor is he helping with medical expenses. Child support is being withheld from his payroll check. My 'new' husband is currently providing my child with insurance and paying all medical expenses. I would like to know what necessary forms are needed to file a contempt of court against my ex-husband without having to hire an attorney. I understand this is possible to do. Due to financial reasons I would like to handle this without legal representation.
