If a person receives mail or a package at a work address, but it is clearly marked with the person's name, is it illegal for another staff person to open it?

Are there any laws that restrict a club from distributing the information it collects about you to other business?

My husband died of cancer last year and his parents are dragging things out to the point that not only I but others in the community are getting tired of listening to them. They refuse to let him rest in peace and this is hurting my children. I voiced my opinion and the tables turned to the point that they are hateful to me and the children. They are organizing a "fundraiser" in his name without my permission. Can they do that? I am his next of kin and I have asked them several times to not do this. They have went behind my back and made it very clear that they will do what they want. What can I do and is there a law that states that they have to have my permission?

Wal-Mart has a practice of searching your bags "after" you have paid for them. Is this practice legal? Also, does a security officer employed by Wal-Mart have the ability to detain a person by "blocking" a car to prevent a person from leaving the area after they have checked the person’s receipt and packages?

What legal actions can you take against an individual who publishes personal nude pictures of someone without that person's knowledge?
