Can I sue a person of elected office of the following please: [1] Failure to enforce state statutes of common Law passed by the State Assembly and signed into law by our Governor ? [2] Incompetence in management of city employees when enforcing state laws or City By Laws. [3] Negligence or cavalier in attitude towards the handicapped or disabled. [4] Total discrimination against Physical Handicapped Persons in failure to both comply as well as endorse and enforce the law passed by the State . I am not looking or rather seeking at any money recompense or damages. Just had a wrong done to me by City Hall and wish to rectify it and to draw attention to a badly neglected enforcement of Nevada Statute Laws passed in out great state of Nevada . As they have messed with the Wildcat in the perverbial Telephone Booth let me tell you all ?

I put money into a boyfriend's house. I have all the receipts for this. He "made me believe" this was going to be a place we were going to spend our lives together. Recently I found out that he was seeing other WOMEN (many) through out the duration of our relationship. In 2004 I was involved in a motorcycle accident which was his fault. I did not sue his insurance company for the amount I should have and signed off on this. (I know, I was stupid) the money I did recieved, was spent on this house that I was involved in restoring. Can I seek out restitution for my labor, and money put into this venture. He has made it unbearable to stay for obvious reasons. I have records and witnesses to the amount of time and energy I put into this as well as witnesses who were under the same understanding of our relationship.

How do I file an appeal on a personal injury case that has been dismissed by a judge?

I am about to attend midiation for lawsuit filed against me and developing company over flood caused by bad plumbing during initial work done while apartments converted to condos. My unit and unit below were flooded, I partially settled w/construction company. The other owner did not know and is now suing both myself and the construction company. Her abandonment and neglect eventually led to mold seeping up walls and into my unit, which I have not mentioned at this point. I am temporarily disabled from AAA as flight attendant on 60% salary, and can afford attorney or metigation fees. Should I counter- sue other owner for damages to my unit, expenses for metigation, etc., etc. Construction company has taken responsibility, but she is greedy.
