[2] Incompetence in management of city employees when enforcing state laws or City By Laws. [3] Negligence or cavalier in attitude towards the handicapped or disabled. [4] Total discrimination against Physical Handicapped Persons in failure to both comply as well as endorse and enforce the law passed by the State . I am not looking or rather seeking at any money recompense or damages. Just had a wrong done to me by City Hall and wish to rectify it and to draw attention to a badly neglected enforcement of Nevada Statute Laws passed in out great state of Nevada .
