How do I get a title for a car that is abandoned on my land? the car has out of sate plates on it. I have no way of getting intouch with the owner and it has been there for over a year.

When a car dealer sells his lot should customer receive a letter stating that he has sold and make arrangements to where to make payments & should he send letter before repossessing vehicle?

My wife's boss bought her a new truck, as a gift for her hard work and dedication. As a man of principles I don't like the idea. I have ask him to take back his truck, but he refused. What can I do about it?

A verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle was in place and payments were agreed upon, however only 1/3 of the car has been paid for, the other party has failed to pay for the balance of the vehicle. The vehicle is still in my name. I am unable to contact the party and he has not made any attempt to contact me. Can I legally consider the car "stolen" in order to get it back?

My husband was involved in a car accident which was not his fault, no one was hurt but his truck was messed up. My father told me that the insurance company not only has to pay us for the damage done to the car as well as for the value lost from the truck because it was involved in an accident. So I wanted to know if we can do this and what would the best way to maybe go about it?
