Abandoned Property

My tenant left without any notice some 10-15 days ago. My tenant’s few personal belongings are still there on my property. I want to rent my house to new tenants but before that, I need to get rid of my previous tenant’s property. For how long should I keep his property before I can throw them out of my house?

I run a car repair shop. Somebody came with a car to repair it. After repair I informed him that its repair is complete. Its been 8 months now. He neither contacted me not responded to my calls. Can I sell the car?

I rented out my shop to someone. After the lapse of his tenancy, he left some of his personal properties in the shop. Can I claim the storage cost of those properties from him?

I sold my car to my niece. But she neither gave the money nor changed the ownership to her name. She parked the car in a highway and gone. After a week, I found that the authorities removed the car. The car has also some damages by the removal. Am I liable for the costs of removal? Can I sue the authorities for those damages?
