I got a summons for jury service from the U.S. district court southern district of florida.I do not want to serve but I filled out the form that came with it & sent it back.My question is what will happen if I don't call on the date that I am asked to call.I'am 63 and lets say I just forget to call.What can they do ? But more important is what are they likly to do ? Don't I have any rights in this ?
