How Can I Stop My Neighbor From Trespassing and Encroaching on My Property?
I have a neighbor who is encroaching on my property.I have had the land surveyed and he pulled up one of the posts although he denies it. He has been throwing wood for his fire pit on the land and hung a hammock up in a tree on my property. I have spoken to him and he says he'll move it when he is 'good and ready.'
Does my neighbor have the right to plant on or grade my driveway easement?
I have an exclusive driveway easement that has been surveyed and registered at the court house. I am responsible for all maintenance and upkeep does my neighbor have the right to plant on it or grade it.

If the home is voluntarily forclosed OR involuntarily forclosed, will I be vulnerable to a deficiency judgement or any other financial liabilities if the home is sold for less than is owing on the home equity line of credit?
