How are assets divided in the case of a divorce in the state of Arizona?

California - Married 19 years. House in husband's name. Is the house the husbands or must it be divided. Wife left the with the children.

Husband bought his own house and moved out we still see each other frequently. Better now then when we lived together. He said he's going to file for Divorce to protect both of us in case something should happen to either of us so we wouldn't be responsible for each others debts. Nothing is in both our names together. Is what he's saying true?

My ex-husband and I own a boat and he refuses to sell it. I can no longer afford my portion of the upkeep of the boat because I have no money. I had to file a request to the court to make him cooperate in the sale of this boat, with the proceeds to be divided equally 50/50 to each of us. I also requested that the court require that his brother move off of the boat because he now lives on the boat without my permission. After my hearing with the Judge, I received an "Order after Hearing” letter in the mail. The Order stated in part, “The order to show cause for sale of boat, filed by petitioner pro se is DENIED without prejudice to the parties entering into a stipulated agreement as to the division of their community property or to a trial with respect to the property issues” What is a stipulated agreement?

What is a sale by partition? Is this the appropriate remedy when a spouse in a divorce action refuses to list the home for sale?
