Who would be responsible for lost or stolen property at an assisted living facility?
I was in ICU and transferred to an assisted living/nursery home. My bottom denture was on the night table and someone threw it away. The scheduled dentist would visit the facility periodically and was told to discuss the means of reimbursement, but he never came to my room. The contact person that I would call to remind them to settle as I was leaving said more than once that she would get back to me. She never did. I'm at a new facility now and would like to request a new bottom plate that is reinforced with porcelain. The lost one was of plastic and food and gum sticks to them. Also because of the amount of weight that I lost they have to be realigned. Can you help me?

What can I do if my ex husband as broken the items that I was awarded in the divorce?
My husband and I just recently divorced and he was left to live at our residence for 1 month after I moved out. When he moved out, he took the entire house full of items even though we hadn't split everything yet. Just recently, we had come to an agreeable division of the belongings and I have to pick them up from his residence (I have a restraining order against him). What happens if these belongings are broken in some way or non functioning, since they have been in his possession now for 4 months. What should I do that day or thereafter?
