Judgment Liens

If I have a form 1.977(Fact Information Sheet) and I have an airplane in a Delaware Corporation do I have to report it? I am in the state of FL. I also need to know if they can attach the shares of the corporation.

my ex-boyfriend lived in my home rent free from Aug 09 - May 10; during which time he borrowed a total of 6,000 dollars in various small amounts (e.g.: to cover back taxes, title/taxes/insurance on truck, airline tickets, etc.), all of which he said he would pay me back for. In May of '10 he moved to New Orleans for work purposes, and left in my care his tools, tool box, an engine, an air compressor and various other items. At the time of the move I was assured, as I was each time I loaned him money, that I would be paid back. We never discussed 'storage fees' for the items left in my garage. Currently they take up enough room to preclude my parking in the garage. We broke up in early June of '10 and had friendly contact up until recently. On July 12th I sent him a registered letter outlining a re-payment plan for the 6K he owes me and suggested to him that if he didn't begin making minimum payments of 500.00/month (to begin Aug 15th), that he was giving me permission to begin selling items in the garage to compensate me. He got the letter, told me I couldn't do a 'damn thing' and hasn't paid anything. I do have people who would pay for items in the garage, but don't know what I can legally do? any suggestions? He still lives in New Orleans and has no return date.

My wife has a consent judgement against her former spouse in a matter of $50k+ arrears pension payments he owes to her. However his assets are in joint ownership with his current spouse and he refuses to agree on a repayment plan. Is there any way to perfect a lien on the husbands assets in Missouri?

If I have a civil judgement against me in NJ for $40,000 and want to set up a payment plan but the other side says no--all of it right now....Do I have any legal way to set up a reasonable payment plan?

Our daughter had a 2nd mortgage secured with our $25,000.00 CD. The bank got notice that the 1st was going to be foreclosed on, we had been making the payments on the 2nd mortgage for about the last 6 months hoping to be able to keep the CD, when the bank received the notice they paid the loan off with our CD even though it was secured. We are wondering if we can get a lien on the property ourselves?
