Harassment
Could I face legal trouble from my friend for accessing his house?
Here is my situation, I was locked out of a 'so called friends house' I politely asked him to allow me to get my phone shirt, wallet and shoes from the house and was given a key, although there was two locks on the door. I did not realize the top lock was still locked, and I pushed to open it, it popped open. I went to my wallet and my phone, and locked the door back behind me. I was unable to get my clothes and shoes cause he locked them up in his car. BUT he is sending me messages and calling the phone saying my SHOE prints are on his front door. I never once touched the door forcefully but he is setting it up as if I did. I have witness that saw my shoes locked up in his car, when they came to pick me up. I need to know what kinda trouble he is setting me up for. He also made a statement about IF he did have me arrested maybe it would get me a job. COULD I possible have a counter suit against him for harassment?

Can a creepy sign be used as evidence of harassment?
I have been harassed by my neighbor for 8 years. During this time I have called police over the discharge of weapons for shooting animals and verbal threats. The police have only been able to advise him of the complaints and he has continued with these threats. He is now selling his house and I viewed pictures online of the interior. In one of these pictures, a creepy sign hangs over the door leading to his backyard where most of the threats take place, it reads: The Abatings will continue until morals increases'. My question is this: Can this be used as an admission for years of documented menacing behavior and harassment? The picture of the sign is for public viewing and is no longer privately displayed.
Does my daughter have a case for unwanted sexual remarks at work?
My daughter has a male co-worker who spent a whole shift making unwanted sexual remarks about her making work unpleasant, she reported him, but the company refused to do anything because they said he didn't touch her so he hasn't sexually harassed her. I told her that's incorrect and he should be reprimanded someway. Would you say she has a case? Would you advise her to hire a lawyer and pursue this?
What can I do about police misconduct during a traffic stop?
Sunday I was stopped and ticketed for 'no front license plate'. The officer asked me to step out of the car, showed me 'no license plate, he then said 'get back in the car asshole'. What can I do legally about this police misconduct?
