Expungement of Criminal Records
Can I expunge a 1999 felony conviction in Wisconsin?
I have been trying to expunge a 1999 Felony conviction in Wisconsin, but was told that it wasn't possible. After reading this site and others, it appears that Wisconsin Statute 973.015 allows for expungement when a person has successfully completed the sentence if the person has not been convicted of a subsequent offense and, if on probation, the probation has not been revoked and the probationer has satisfied the conditions of probation.I fall under this section, and was very interested in obtaining an expungement under those terms. I would be willing to pay for an attorney if this would be possible, I'm just unsure as to my options. The current case summary for my case is listed below:

Will a past conviction affect my ability to become a teacher?
I was misrepresented by an attorney 17 years ago and plead guilty to aggravated harassment and contempt of court which he said was expunged, but he lied. I want to be a teacher and to know if this conviction will be a problem. Should I try to get it vacated in the interest of justice?
What does a summary offense mean for my son in ice hockey fight?
My son plays ice hockey. Last night the entire team was in a fight on the ice. The police said he was being issued a cursory offense (fine). All he had to do was to pay the fine and it would go away. Have you ever heard of such a thing? My son plays ice hockey and last night he was in a fight on the ice with several other players and the police were called. They said they issued him a summary offense that he would be receiving in the mail and he would have to pay the fine and that there would be no record. Can you tell me if you have ever heard of anything like this and should I obtain a lawyer. If it goes away when he pays the fine that is the way I want to go, if not, I will hire a lawyer.
Should I disclose my expunged criminal record for a job application?
In September 2006, I was arrested and charged with theft of property, public intoxication and fleeing. I hired a lawyer and entered a plea of 'not guilty'. My lawyer reached a deal in which I was to be placed on probation for 1 year and pay some fees. Then, after successful completion of my probation, all would be expunged. It is now nearly 3 years later and I was recently offered a job. In the paperwork I am filling out, there are several forms in which they request I disclose all criminal history, regardless of whether or not it has been expunged because it will still more than likely show up on a FBI report. Due to the business of my employer (broker/dealer), I will have to register with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Therefore they say disclosing all criminal history is necessary. I am quite nervous about this, as this is a dream job for me and do not want something to happen that could jeopardize this opportunity. Should I disclose my arrest and charge, and subsequent expungement or should I not disclose anything?
