Domestic Violence

I live in North Dakota. My wife has filed a petition in court for a domestic violence protection order to restrain me from coming to our house. She alleged in her complaint that I have abused her. I have not abused her and I have evidences to disprove her allegations against me. What will be the legal consequences if the court finds that her allegations of domestic violence are false?

I live with my husband in North Dakota. He seldom comes to our house. In those days he comes to the house he used to abuse me physically and mentally. I am afraid to live with him. I am not daring enough to file a petition for divorce. Can I legally restrain him from coming to my house without filing a divorce?

Therefore I approached the court and got a protective order. I also have a support person to help me. Can the support person accompany me during mediation proceedings?

My wife filed a temp protective order against me. I have no history of harm or abuse to my kids or wife the only two police responses were me calling when my wife was getting in my face. the other time was I went to my house prior to the protective order and she changed the locks and prevented me from seeing the kids. I did not know if she or the kids were ok and safe. now i can not legally see them because she says she thinks i am going to kill them, her and myself. court on the 17. how can she just say i am going to kill and they put an order on me. what is her consequence for lying plus telling the kids I am going to kill them, and moving her new boyfriend into her house before the kids get a chance to adjust to their daddy being gone. Please help. my wife is getting free legal when i am the one that caught her cheating leading to events of my filing divorce and she filed the protective order when the two times I called police due to her behavior.

I have been charged with a criminal complaint for domestic assault. The Deputy filed this complaint. He did not interview me, but interviewed my husband. My husband physically assaulted me (I have bruises). The deputy's statement is out of sequence, and incorrect in several statements. Can I File a motion with the court requesting a hearing to dissolve this order?
