I am 15 years old and I live in Delaware with my family. My dad’s friend who is 30 years old and a bachelor also stays with us. Last weekend while I was home alone, he forcefully had sex with me without my consent. Initially, I was afraid of letting anyone know of the incident. I am not able to live with it any longer and would like to file a complaint against my dad’s friend.

can a couple not yet married but both individuals being on state probation be deemed to have no contact with each other?? my fiancé and I have been together just shy of ten yrs with two beautiful children 8 and 7 and we have lived together 8 yrs and her probation officer set a stipulation that she and I can not have contact with each other and we feel completely betrayed by the state probation dept and we are supposed to get married just after the new yr. I do not start probation until feb 14th of 2017 and was told if we are both on probation we can not have any contact with each other... I have a cousin who has a 5 year old child. My cousin and her husband are earning well and have a big house in Mississippi. Yesterday my cousin and her husband left their child on a street, far away from their home, with the intention to abandon their child. My cousin says that they did so because they have no means to look after the child. I know my cousin is lying. At present their child is staying with me. I want to know if there is any law in Mississippi that punishes parents for child abandonment.

I live in North Dakota. I was detained in the prison for a night for rash driving. One of the constables forced himself on me and had sex with me while the other constables were away for rounds. Can I file a complaint against the constable for such an act?

My husband is addicted to alcohol. I have tried to help him in getting rid of this addiction, but nothing seems to have worked out. Our kids too are getting affected due to my husband’s alcohol addiction. Last night, after my husband came home from office, he kept drinking till midnight and then forcefully had sex with me. I tried to resist but he did not listen. In California, can a husband be prosecuted for having forced sexual intercourse with his wife?
