What rights do I have under castle laws for mistaken identity?
I was arrested when an officer entered my home, asked me my name, and said he knew me and had trouble with me before; which was a cover for his high position as a police officer. Anyway, the facts are, I have never been in any trouble with the law, he did not know me, and has not ever had trouble with me. Every record of mine will prove it, but I was arrested and thrown in jail for 24 hours for asking him to leave my house when he was mistaken and I asked him what rights do I have under the castle laws for this mistaken identity.
Is a spouse required to disclose an STD during divorce proceedings?
Is it required for a spouse to announce they have an std to the unknowing spouse throughout a divorce proceeding prior to bifurcating the marriage and signing off on continuing to support the infected spouse with medical insurance? And could it be construed as 'fraud' if found out after the bifurcation was set?

How can I request evidence for my speeding ticket?
I am representing myself for a speeding ticket and would like to request evidence such as any media documenting the event such as video (analog or digital) that shows the vehicle and speed. Also, radar calibration, officer training on radar and equipment used to document the event and date of officer last vision test prior to issuing the ticket. So my question: 1. What is the right way to say I want the documents? 2. May I request the officers vision test results? 3. Are there any vision tests specific to the evening I may request?
Can I dispute towing fees after my son's release from jail?
My son was arrested in Washington State (near Everette, Snohomish County) for malicious mishchief (property damage under $50). My vehicle was towed and impounded. My son was given an unconditional release from the County Jail the very next day. My tow charge was $481 - the tow was 17 miles, but the company had to wait for the officers to 'inventory' the vehicle. Can I dispute the tow and storage fees, as my son was released and did not have any fines?
