Criminal

i am being charged with welfare fraud,(7200.00) if found guilty what is my punishment. I have never been in troubled with the law before. please help

How does one find out if there is warrant for their arrest in the state of WISCONSIN. a police officer interuppted a company training session to speak with me about the where abouts of someone I know. After answering his questions I went back in training room and shut the door. A few minutes later he opens the door and asks me to step outside.We were 5 minutes away from ending the training so I told him I'd talk to him as soon as we were done, in five min. He says 'do you want me to come in there and embarass you?' 'Its not a suggestion' which I took to mean arrest me. So to avoid a scene at my work and to avoid getting arrested for who knows what, I went out of the room to see what else he wanted to know. He asked me the same questions again, nothing new. I answered the same way as before. As we parted he asked 'why won't you help me?' As if I had not cooperated. Question #2 What would you do if this had happened to you?

I just received a letter stating that there was a warrant for my arrest on a check dated in May 2002 in Atchison. The warrant was just put in the system 2 months ago. Isn't there a statute of limations on this? I do not believe that this is even my check because I have not lived in Atchison since 2001.

arrested for trafficking a large amount posted bail , waiting to be indicted and the federal courts were going to pick up the case when will they do this and will they re-arrest and will there be another bond set ?

My son and I crossed the Flathead river in a raft to reach the other side that is forest service land. We went hiking up a Mountain but we had to cross the railroad tracks to get to the mountain, we crossed back over the tracks and river a game warden was waiting and gave me a criminal trespass ticket. I did not know it was trespassing to cross the tracks, plus it was not posted, should I plead not guilty?
