I am a licensed cosmetologist Maryland and will be relocating to York, Pennsylvania in July. I am interested in starting a beauty salon business. I want to know how to start and incorporate my business. I was told that I could incorporate in Delaware even though my physical business could be somewhere else. Please give me in-sight. I also want information on the same subject if I started an on-location beauty business instead of a physical building.

Please explain the difference and advantages between LLC corps and S Corps. Please include the tax deduction differences including employees, equipment, and any other business expenses.

Does an officer of a non-profit corporation also need to be a board member?

I plan to begin a company by setting up an LLC. Initially, I will be the only member since the other three potential partners (members) are still working for a competitor and do not want to join until they sever their employment with the competitor in 2-4 months. Can I add them to my existing LLC or do I need to close the first LLC and then create a new one with all the members?
