Who owns the graphic artwork after LLC dissolution?
I am currently a 45% owner of a small, closely-held LLC. I have one partner who owns the other 55%. We produce and publish Scripture study materials domestically and abroad. At present we are considering dissolution due to differences in how the organization should move forward. My question concerns the graphic artwork that I have produced over the course of our partnership. I designed and created the logo, book covers, banners, posters, illustrations, etc... Now neither of us took a salary or any compensation for work/services. The only compensation has been in the way of owner draws against our estimated profit for the year. So upon dissolution, does the LLC own the work, do I own the work personally, or what?

Can a former club member demand the return of a logo they created?
Need the definition of copyright. If a person submitted a logo for a club's correspondence and later leaves or resigns from the club, can he demand that we can not use that logo he created, on future correspondance. The club has been using the logo for approximately 2 years.

What can I do about unauthorized photos and defamation?
I have two friends with whom have manipulated me into swinging a little. I was in an adult entertainment establishment with a different friend recently and upon leaving I picked up a free brochure/magazine. I opened it two days ago and found myself in pictures that I had no idea were used without my permission or without knowledge. I am embarrassed. The ad says I am a porno star, etc. I was used by these so called friends for their profit, without permission, or knowledge. I have lost face. What can I do? Is this defamation of character? I couldn't believe I saw two pictures, one was me on the entire page!
