Do I have to return a clown fish after a price mistake?
I bought a clown fish for $50 from a pet store. This particular clown fish did not have a price assigned to. I asked to buy it assuming it was $20 like the others in a separate tank. The price came up to be $50 and I paid it because it did have a unique design to it. About five hours later, the pet store calls and tells me that I bought a designer clown fish and that the price is really $150. I refuse to authorize another payment and they demanded to fish back. Do I legally have to return it if I already paid for it? I already paid more than the posted price for other clown fish. If I return it because of their mistake, do I have to only accept their store credit if that's their policy?

Are my father's Hawaii lease and options still valid after his death?
My late father leased his Hawaii property for 10 years with 2 10 year options to someone. I inherited part of the property. I want to be able to decide to lease the property to someone else and not be tied up with the current lease and two 10 year options to the current leasers. Since he has died are the Hawaii lease and lease options still valid?
Should I Continue Doing Business With Someone After They Breach a Contract?
I was selling these car part from a friend. We made a deal that I would promise to pay him $3600 over a 2 mouth period for 220 of these chips. The deal went with 2 delivery's a mouth one for $1000 for 60 chips and the second delivery was supposed to be 50 chips $800. On the second drop of they only produced 25 chips. After that we stopped during business. He felt I was making to much money and he wasn't. So q month goes by and he calls me wanting to do business again. During that month I lost money from not having product to sell. So my question is should I charge him a breach of contract fee sense e did have one in the beginning and they never followed trough.
