Contracts

How can I collect from the repair shop for poor work and damage to my engine?
I live in VA and had a local mechanic replace the timing belt on my Forester. It was installed improperly and damaged the engine. He kept the car for a month before finally fixing it. By the way, I never authorized him to fix my car after the belt tore up, just to tow it to his shop and diagnose the problem. I had to pay hundreds of dollars in car rental (which was necessary for my job) and then hundreds more to fix the mess he left me with. He installed some components incorrectly, causing a very bad oil leak, as well as the new timing belt! It cost hundreds of dollars to have the Suburu dealer fix his mess. What are the chances I can recoup any or all of that money?

What Constitutes Abandonment of Mobile Home Property
My boyfriend is purchasing a mobile home for contract for deed and is a couple months behind on his payments. The man he is buying it from went into the trailer and changed the locks and put no trespassing signs on the door. That same day in the mailbox was a letter from the sellers attorney stating that the trailer has been abandoned, even though the lot rent that the trailer sits on has been paid by my boyfriend and the electricity is in his name. He does not have the money for an attorney and the seller knows this, IS THIS LEGAL? I have read and reread his purchase agreement and it does not say anything about what will happen if his payments are late, it also doesn't say in his agreement that late fees will be applied if he is late in paying, so can the seller automatically charge him late fees if it doesn't say so in the purchase agreement?
What are my Rights Regarding Charges and Entry of Premises that Are Not Stated in Lease Agreement
Apartment Management said they no longer have a key to my apartment and want me to bring my key in to copy or they will change the lock and charge me $25. I say my security has been breached since they lost the key and they should do it for free. What's my right? Can maintenance enter my apartment without notice to me if empty apartment upstairs has a water leak and they want to check my apartment? Shouldn't they give me notice first? If I did not ask for an exterminator to come, he comes anyway, and my cabinets are not empty can they charge me a $25 trip charge? This is not in lease.
Can someone with no ability to speak enter into a legally biding contract?
If a man is considered to be cognitive and that only his body is unable to function and he wants to enter into a legally binding contract, what are his options? He has moderate movement of his right arm, and nodding and shaking back and forth movements of his head - but no speech ability.
