I want to do house cleaning for the elderly. What waivers or forms need to be signed to protect me from law suits (injury/damage/liability)?

I had a hair restoration treatment done. When I returned to have the hair serviced the hairdresser replaced the hair I had with an inferior type of hair. I paid $410 for the hair I had prior to the service rendered. The hairdresser refused to return the hair I paid for. What can I legally do?

I am not a broker or securities dealer. Is it lawful for me to execute a finders fee agreement with a company (seller) to introduce them to other companies for the purpose of the introduced company to invest equity in the selling company?

After years of being sexually harassed by my stepfather he has finally backed down after me continually stating that is wrong. I will never succumb myself to that and that he should start thinking of going elsewhere for that need to be met. He raised me. He is the only father that I have ever known. When he and my mother asked my daughter and I to move in with them, I did the cooking, cleaning, and the laundry. I paid some rent. However after my mother's passing, he stated that I did not have to pay anymore because I did not make that much to begin with. Just keep cooking and cleaning and doing the laundry. To which I did. He however kept pursuing a hopeless need. He stated that my daughter and I will always have a place to stay. We had nothing to worry about. He would always provide for us. I stopped paying rent shortly after my mother's passing secondary to working basically for benefits for my daughter and myself. I do not have good credit. Just recently my father has been secretive and non-communicating with my daughter and myself. We found out that he has been seeing 2 or more ladies. That is more than fine with me; however, he was acting different and not speaking and doing things out of character. My daughter and I did not know what to think or what the future would hold in store for us. I forced his hand when I composed a letter on 01/21/09. He finally sat my daughter and I down after his return trip with a female companion on 01/23/09. Upon bringing up our concerns, he again stated that my daughter and I have nothing to worry about and he would always take care of us, but with his recent actions I am still unsure of what the future holds in store for my daughter and myself. I said I would type a letter or contract and have him sign stating the fact that he indeed would provide for us which he said he would sign. Whatever you want to do. Is there such a legal contract and would it need be professionally done and notarized?

I over paid my contractor, per his invoice. How can I make him return the amount that he was over paid?
