Can a dealership change financing terms after a contract is signed?
My friend bought a Volkswagon Jetta from a dealership in Boise. She bought it for $10,000 with zero percent interest per signed contract. Then the dealer said that she had to pay 4.9 percent interest after the contract was signed because of her credit score and because they said she worked a month and a half less than they originally thought. When she asked if they can do that they said yes because of her credit history and convinced her to sign the new contract. Can they do that? Is that against the law?

Is the contract valid if frequent flyer miles were sold illegally?
I was sold a trip that included purchasing first class frequent flyer miles and one week at a time share. After giving our money, I later learned that it is considered an act of fraud to buy
frequent flyer miles from an individual. This is something that I did not know previous to the agreeing to buy the trip and it was not disclosed then or now.I should tell you that
we backed out of the trip for a different reason and tried to sell the trip but the owner of the miles would not agree to sell his miles and therefore we were not able to sell the trip. We lost about $500 in this deal that I wish to recoup if I have legal standing. Is the contract valid under these terms or do I have an actionable case to get my money returned?
Do I have to follow an oral agreement if no paperwork was signed?
A pre trial hearing was set, I was the defendant in this case. The plaintiff was trying to get money back from me, for money he gave me as a down payment on a home. We had come to an agreement before the trial and we agreed the house was to be sold and we would split the
proceeds. I was to continue to pay for the home as well as insurance and property tax. We never signed any paper work as to this agreement. My question is this. Do I have to abide by the agreement seeing as how no paper work was signed?
