How Do I File a Motion to Change Venue in Tax Court?
Hello, I have a trial in May 2011 in tax court in San Francisco. I have written the prosecuting attorney and have asked if we could move the trial to San Diego and to move it from May to October of this year. She has agreed. Therefore, she has said that I need to file a Motion for Continuance and a Motion for Change of Venue. Thus, I have 2 questions.1.) Could you please tell me what forms and form #s I need to file for these 2 motions?2.) On what WEBSITE would I find the forms? I can not locate them on the US tax court website.Any help would be appreciated.
How Do I Amend a Complaint in Federal District Court?
Greetings, I need to amend the complaint I filed in proper in Federal southern district court. I am in San Diego. The pleadings have not been served yet. I want to file an expatriate application for extension of time to serve these pleadings first and then amend the complaint before it is served. See Rule 77 District Courts and Clerks (m) time limit for service. Can your company draft this for me as well? What is the turn around time? Otherwise if there are .pdf fill able forms this would be great. Thank you for helping me.

When a decision is that disposition of Defendants is a claim for a premises liability and not ordinary negligence, therefore the open and obvious doctrine applies. The court specifically finds that allegedly hazardous condition was open and obvious. WHAT IS THE TIME OF APPEAL? This is a case against a greenhouse for using the incorrect loading ramp.
How can I postpone a trial date for several months?
I have a trial date scheduled for 5-16-11 in Tax Court in San Francisco, CA. I wish to move the trial date forward several months (5 or 6 months), so I can have time to find an attorney to take my case, which I should have done by how, but didn't do. 1.) How do I move the trial date forward? 2.) What form do I use to do this? 3.) Can I talk with the IRS counsel handling the case and work with her to move the trial date into the future? 4.) How many months into the future can I move the trial date - what is standard?
