Can someone put up a sign in their front yard saying someone is a child predator, is it their right under the 1st amendment? This is what the police have told me, is it true?

Can I file Harassment charges against my ex-husband for constant verbal abuse, excessive certified letters, and constant threats against my personal character to be discussed with my children?

I received a traffic citation for corrections (a fixing ticket), the matter has been corrected. The court will not hear the case now because they said it is now in collections. My drivers license has now been suspended because I didnt appear on the citation. What can I file in court to get this taken care?

I live in a condo complex, which has 20 units, so we have 20 members. The association fee is $65 per month. We have a member that refuses to pay his monthly fee, so the assoc. filed a lien on the property through an attorney. The member had property up for sale then took it off the market. He still refuses to pay his fees. Other than a property lien, how can we collect the back fees? Can we attach his personal property, like his 2 trucks or other property? What is our recourse (other than a lien)? He could go forever and not pay his fees. The remaining owners are paying for all his services.
