ithe doctor gave me some medicine that swollen my fingers up ,they are leaking fluid,very sore.i went to the doctor twice still no help ,may the 9th will be two month i been going through this ,do i have a case?

What is the time limit to appeal a premises liability decision?
When a decision is that disposition of Defendants is a claim for a premises liability and not ordinary negligence, therefore the open and obvious doctrine applies. The court specifically finds that allegedly hazardous condition was open and obvious. WHAT IS THE TIME OF APPEAL? This is a case against a greenhouse for using the incorrect loading ramp.

I have a trial date scheduled for 5-16-11 in Tax Court in San Francisco, CA. I wish to move the trial date forward several months (5 or 6 months), so I can have time to find an attorney to take my case, which I should have done by how, but didn't do. 1.) How do I move the trial date forward? 2.) What form do I use to do this? 3.) Can I talk with the IRS counsel handling the case and work with her to move the trial date into the future? 4.) How many months into the future can I move the trial date - what is standard?
What are my options after discovering autographs were faked?
I made a purchase of an autographed framed album-the man said the album was signed by the original band members--I had a professional from the antiques roadshow tell me That the autographs were faked. I paid w/ postal money orders--he shipped through FedEx. I contacted this person and said I would like to be compensated--and he refused. Am I out of options at this point??
