How do we respond to an alias summons by mail?
My fiance got a second alias summons by mail. It was for an accident that she was in four years ago. We are guessing that her insurance isn't covering her for some reason. What do you think her next move should be, or does she have to do anything since she wasn't around when they left the summons?

I am being sued by my ex-attorney and his direct evidence was obtained under fraud in the inducement where he reassured me that if I signed the documents, they would only be used to protect a percentage of interest in real estate that I own but now he his using against me to claim that interest in the lawsuit he now has against me. The question is, the statute of limitation runs out on the 1st of June should I file a separate action before the statute of limitation runs out or use it has legal defense in the pending case I mentioned fraud in the inducement because it was the closest point of law that I found which described the way he persuaded me to sign the documents.
