If a statement made under oath in a court proceeding is proven to be perjury, and can be proven as slander also; is this statement protected from a slander lawsuit or considered privileged in any fashion?

As a corporation and a material suppler to a subcontactor, what form or forms do I need to secure payment for plant material supplieded to a commerical Building and general contractor?

I am a physician doing hospital work and was told 5 days before the fact that I would have to work with another physician who has been very hostile and rude to me and others. I told my employer I cannot work with him anymore. They are now threatening me with patient abandonment. Can they do that if I gave the notice (as much as they allowed me to)? Isn't that harassment on their part since they allowed him to change his schedule last minute but aren't allowing me to do the same?

After a case has been dismissed with prejudice, can the judge overule his order? Have letter stating same (dismissed with prejudice), judgement paid. Now debt collector lawyer is wanting moe for fees and interest. Motion to reset proceedings supplemental wanting answers to assets, property and income. Can this be done? We had paid what the court judgement stated, principal on a credit card balance. Understand that they now want interest at 25% on the debt.

My wife has filed for divorce _30 days ago and now has decided that she want to work it out and wants to cancel the divorce. What do I need to see in order to know that the divorce has actually been canceled? I'm a little leary that she is just trying to pass time to win the default judgement because I have not filed an answer to the summons.
