How do I file a writ of garnishment on a bank account, after I have been granted a default judgment. It has been over 30 days since the judgment was granted.

What is the statute of limitations on the Texas seller's disclosure law? How long after the house sale has been closed does the buyer have the right to file suit against the seller? I live in Alabama, but recently sold my mother's house in Texas after she passed away. The buyer is now complaining about problems with the house and may attempt to file a lawsuit against me for problems they are having with the house. The house is over 60 years old and probably has many problems that were unknown to me at the time of sale, so I need to know what my liability is.
