How do I file a writ of garnishment on a bank account, after I have been granted a default judgment. It has been over 30 days since the judgment was granted.

What is the statute of limitations on the Texas seller's disclosure law? How long after the house sale has been closed does the buyer have the right to file suit against the seller? I live in Alabama, but recently sold my mother's house in Texas after she passed away. The buyer is now complaining about problems with the house and may attempt to file a lawsuit against me for problems they are having with the house. The house is over 60 years old and probably has many problems that were unknown to me at the time of sale, so I need to know what my liability is.

My son and his girlfriend have decided to separate. My son is seeking custody of their young son. His ex provided an affidavit to the court in which she has stated that my wife and I allowed our son and his sister to use drugs in our home. She has also accused my wife of providing quilted bags for hiding drugs. What she has stated is a blatant lie. Today in a court mediation she upped the ante stating that my daughter used cocaine as well. Another lie. Do I have legal recourse against this young lady ?

I gave a jeweler some gold and emerald and diamond jewelry with which to create a ring to be valued at no more than $5000. He made a necklace out of my pieces and is demanding $12,000. Is this conversion and do I have a cause for action?

What liens/claims follow a property that is being auctioned by a 2nd mortgage company, or a homeowner's association? 1st mortgage, unpaid property taxes, county/state/IRS claims on the property.
