I started a lawsuit and the process sever served the banks lawyers - the Judge squashed my summons because it should have been served to either a registered agent or the banks main headquarters.Is my lawsuit perminatly dismissed OR can I re-serve the banks Registered Agent?

I own a smog shop. I have many used car dealers that use my service. They are billed twice a month. One dealer refuses to pay for 7 cars that I smogged for them. I sent a certified letter to the dealer stating that they were 30 days past due and if not paid by 7-10-10 I was going to file a mechanic's lien on all 7 vehicles to secure payment. They called and said 'go ahead' see what it gets you. All I can find are contruction lien's. How or what do I do to start the process and can the dealer be billed for the expenses I incure processing this issue?

Wen I was pulled over for speeding, they had ran my license, it came up as being suspended for a whole year which I was unaware of. I had a previous speeding ticket in the same county in which I paid in full. They had no ther reason to put me in jail because I had proof that I paid my ticket, and which my license should't of been suspended. They failed to notify the DMV about me paying my ticket. I feel that wasn't my fault and they owe me for mental distress, embarrassment, bond fees, and anything else I deserve.

Can a lien value be amended to a greater value due to an accounting error - after the initial time period has expired?

I was purchasing a property and was kept from performing by the owner and now i want to I want to file a lien on that property to recover my investment in improving said property.
