I bought a van 2005 e150 3 weeks ago at the ford dealer. (Date of the buy: April 29, 2007) First of all. I haven't received the monthly payment schedule. Then, I asked the financial manager to drop the extra warranty one week after the buy. I feel like I was deceived because no one ever went over the payment with us. Is it possible to get down the monthly payment because I still haven't received anything about the financing transaction?

My brother was recently pulled over for having a burned-out headlight and was only going to be issued a warning. However when the officer ran his plates and realized that the registration had expired he removed the license plate, registration sticker and then impounded the car. My brother was never issued a citation of any kind but was told by the officer that he had committed a felony and could expect to receive $5,000 in citations through the mail. My brother never received any paper work of any kind from the officer. Is this a felony offense? What are the maximum penalties and fees for this?

In the state of NC, if you purchase a car, and the air bags have either been deployed or simply removed, is it illegal for a car lot to sell that car?

I bought a car from a "friend", I have the bill of sale, but no title. Now the DMV is telling me that the name on the bill of sale isn't the registered nane for the car. Is there any way I can find out who the car was last registered to, or am I basically beat?
