The exclusive right to lease agreement is a contract that grants a landlord the sole authority to lease a property. This means that the landlord can decide who can rent the property and under what terms, without interference from others. It typically includes specific terms about rent, duration, and tenant rights. This agreement ensures that the landlord retains control over the leasing process while also outlining the responsibilities of both parties.
