I needed to know what were the steps in possibly becoming emancipated from my parent in the state of georgia and what all is required for me to qualify for the judge to agree to emancipating me. Also I need to know how does the informal agreement with a parent givivng rights to live outside the home work. Also I need to know if it is true that government assistance will not be looked at in court while determining whether or not I am able to live on my own and if so will I be able to get government assistance to help me in supporting myself and child if it is proven I can live a stable life on my own.
