Can I Be Evicted for My Children Jumping Around on the Floor Above a Neighbor's Apartment?

I live in Iowa, and have 3 young children (ages 6 and under). I live in an apartment complex, and the tenant on the floor beneath me complained of noise - apparently because the children occasionally run or jump around. The apartment complex dropped a letter off at my door alleging that I was in violation of 562A.17, and that they could evict me if I didn't address the 'problem' within 7 days. I'm not getting rid of my kids, and I doubt they will permanently refrain from jumping. I also doubt this is the reason for 562A.17 ... is there any case law against such a usage, and demanding something more strict, such as proof of material noise levels, etc.?

health and safety.

3. Dispose from the tenant's dwelling unit all ashes, rubbish, garbage,
and other waste in a clean and safe manner.

4. Keep all plumbing fixtures in the dwelling unit or used by the tenant
