Who is responsible for the loan on my parents' home after a deed transfer?
My parents deeded heir home to my brother. My brother obtsined a loan on the home to buy his own home. If my brother adds his two other brother to my parents home via a deed. who has to pay the loan on my brother got on my parents home?
Can I remove my son as a joint tenant of my Florida house?
I have a second house in Florida which I purchased in 2004 and made my only son as joint tenant but he did not pay anything so far. Now I want to pay off my mortgage and leave this house in my will to my 2 years old grand son ( have a trust for grandchildren and my granddaughter will get condo in Boston). Is it easy to remove my son from being a joint tenant or what should I do. My son does not need this house and will do what I suggest.
Can my parents transfer 50% ownership of their cabin to me?
My parents own a cabin in Kane County, Utah. They are paying a mortgage on it. They would like to transfer 50% ownership of the cabin to me using a quitclaim deed. Which would be the correct form for them to use to transfer 50% of the ownership. If that isn't possible, my parents and I do have a joint LLC for real estate investments in Nevada. Could we just put the Utah property into that LLC with a quitclaim deed?

My Property was sold at tax sale in 2009 I had no idea that it was until i receive overage notice in mail went to county they it was sold 2010 I had 1year to redeem an redemtion period was over. It was deed to new owner. How can i ge it back. They showed notices that they sent to me i never receive them, One notice i did receive letting me know it neeeded to be paid by August 31, 2009 but thats it.Tax office told me it could be over turn but I would have to get a lawyer
