My dad is 90 and has never had an accident. The doctor has 'suggested' he not drive but it's not an absolute if he may have a car accident, could 90 year old be sued and if the case was lost? Could all his assets be lost?

In an American Disabilities Access case, to what extent is the Plaintiff required to prove 'injury' if he was not denied access and was able enjoy the goods and services of the restaurant?Does the fact that the 'pull' on the door exceeded 5 lbs or the access ramp had a 1/2' slope greater than allowed by law imply the Plantiff was injured, yet he was able to enjoy the goods and services?

At my employer, I was told that I had to go on a tour of a steel plant. Due to my mild asthma condition, I asked them to provide me with a mask. The mask did not come in a plastic container, but I was told it was clean. The next day I broke out in horrible acne and have been breaking out ever since I wore that mask. It has been a month and a half since the incident. Is this something I could sue for emotional and physical damages? I was so broken out that I was unable to even see my family over Christmas Holiday. I have not been able to resume my normal activities. I feel very scarred from this experience and am sure that mask was not clean.

Where can I find a waiver form for ear candling? Does such a form exist?
