I made a private statement to my sister and she made it public knowledge. I never want to hurt anybody and by her disclosing this information and telling this at my new place of employment and telling my new boss personal and private information about me, I am harassed in and out if work and can not leave my house without people knowing who I am and knowing my most deepest thoughts. This has destroyed my life and I am at the point where I have to leave my home and/or start killing or suing for personal damages and invasion of privacy.

Will a husband be legally liable if he does not seek help for his wife who, to his knowledge, has a problem of controlling her anger?

I would like to know the exact title of the form I should use when I need to be the agent in determining which facility or if I will allow my spouse to be admitted to a certain mental health facility. We don't want it to be determined by the courts.
