How to deport someone on a green card violation?

My husband is hiding assets during our pending Divorce. I was neglected for most of the 17 year marriage. He forced me to sell my home and I later found out the transaction was fraudulent. He has stolen from my personal bank accounts. He kept our 7 year old son for 6 days without asking me and he prevented me from speaking with my son. I was unable to do anything because the Judge had not yet signed our mediated agreement regarding visitation and legal custody. My husband recently became a U.S. Citizen and I believe he only married me to stay in the Country. He has left us penniless while he lives the good life. I lived with no car on $150 per week while my husband made a 6 figure income. Is it possible to have my husband deported back to Canada?
