Abandoned Property

I have fallen into default on the payment of a storage facility. I received a notice of lien by FedEx a week ago with empty spaces for the number and Seal number for certified mail at the top of the page. I received the letter much later than the date stated on the top. This Notice of Lien' states that I have 15 days to comply (Florida Self Storage Facility Act, Chapter 83 of the Fla. Statures, section 801.) I do no have the money to pay and cannot borrow it, The bill is $3700.00 but the property is worth more than $20,000.00. If she sells the property for the amount owed, will I still be responsible to pay the money owed and more? What will be my financial responsibility if I cannot satisfy the lien after the property is sold? She mentions a lien fee of $65.00 Thank you for your time and aid.

In Florida a married couple left a 1994 model vehicle on my property. It sat there for over 15 months. I saw the lady of said couple on 7/18/2010, and informed her that the unit needed to be moved if they wanted it, if not, I was going to have it removed from property. I had it removed on 8/30/2010. They sued me for value. Am I liable for vehicle, even though I had informed the owner, (who, actually neither of their name was on the title @ that time. The title wasn't issued in their name until after they made the claim against me),of my intentions.

Do I need a lawyer to claim title of a mobile home left on my property (FL). If not, how can I get the title transferred to my name? Thanks. I brought a deed at an auction and there is a mobile home on the property that I would like to transfer the title to my name.

I own a building and I told a friend he could put somethings in there for a week. He had someone buying all his stuff. They were to pick it up the next week but they never did. I sent them a letter saying they had til the end of the next month to pick it up. That time came and went. It's been 3 or 5 months. I called him yesterday and told him I was going to be sitting it out this weekend if he didn't pick it up. They said they would sue me if I did. They never gave me money for storing it and I've had people that want to rent the space. Can I sell or sit their stuff out and can they sue me ?

Car has been parked on private property in Florida for more than 3 years because it does not run. It was left by our son with permission however he also wants it disposed of but the lien holder will not come and get it. The son and lien holder are in Ohio. Both we and our son are stuck because of the lien on the title. There was a loan which he was and still is unable to repay. We can not pay it either. The vehicle is 15 years old and not worth repossessing or trying to repair. We just want it removed from our property as does our son. He notified the lien holder of this long ago and told them they are free to pick it up. How can get get this accomplished?
