Abandoned Property
What are my rights to vehicles titled in my deceased mother's name?
If I have 2 vehicles that were given to my ex step father in the divorce in 2001 from my mama and he never had them titled to himself or anyone else, he died in January of 2009 and willed the two vehicles to his son, but the titles are still in my Mama's name and she has since passed on June 21, 2011 and I am her only child and beneficiary and executor of all her personal property. The vehicles are still on my mama's property what are my rights to the vehicles? They have had 2 and 1/2 years to come get the vehicles and have just now sent people onto the property without permission to remove one of the vehicles and a police report was done, the person who removed the vehicle was given 48 hours to return the vehicle and no charges would be pressed against him for trespassing. Are the vehicles considered abandoned and can I legally dispose of them once/if titles are put in my name? Or are the vehicles considered their legal property without a legal title to said vehicles?

Is the propane tank on my property considered abandoned?
I just purchased a home that was foreclosed on. The home was last occupied in July of 2008. There was a propane tank on the property when purchased the house. I am being told by the company that leased the tank to the previous owner that they are owner of the tank. The previous owner notified them that he was terminating his contract in 2008. My position is that the tank was abandoned by the company who left it in place 3 years ago and that it is now mine. Am I correct about this, my understanding is that property left more than 90 days is considered abandoned?
What happens if my storage property is sold to satisfy a lien?
I have fallen into default on the payment of a storage facility. I received a notice of lien by FedEx a week ago with empty spaces for the number and Seal number for certified mail at the top of the page. I received the letter much later than the date stated on the top. This Notice of Lien' states that I have 15 days to comply (Florida Self Storage Facility Act, Chapter 83 of the Fla. Statures, section 801.) I do no have the money to pay and cannot borrow it, The bill is $3700.00 but the property is worth more than $20,000.00. If she sells the property for the amount owed, will I still be responsible to pay the money owed and more? What will be my financial responsibility if I cannot satisfy the lien after the property is sold? She mentions a lien fee of $65.00 Thank you for your time and aid.
