My soon to be ex wife has had a relationship with another man whom I think is also married. Will this affect my child support payments when we do get to court. I do have proof of the relationship that I can use if need be I do not make alot of money and private school eats all of it up. I plan on stopping the pricate school so I can afford some place for me to live. Should this man be expected to help the ex he was aware she was married when they started seeing each other? Also, they work together.

Answer:
The relationship your ex-wife has with another man will not typically affect your child support payments. Child support is usually determined by factors like income and the needs of the child, not the personal relationships of the parents. However, this situation could influence the overall divorce proceedings and the terms you find acceptable.
