Full question:

My soon to be ex wife has had a relationship with another man whom I think is also married. Will this affect my child support payments when we do get to court. I do have proof of the relationship that I can use if need be I do not make alot of money and private school eats all of it up. I plan on stopping the pricate school so I can afford some place for me to live. Should this man be expected to help the ex he was aware she was married when they started seeing each other? Also, they work together.

As a legal matter the relationship would not really have an affect on the amount of child support payments. As a practical matter it could effect the overall outcome of the divorce on terms you find acceptable.
