Full question:
My lease was is up the end of May and I am paid until then. I gave written notice to landlord 30 days in advance. Moving out stuff from May 9th and still have the gargage to move stuff out of. The manager keeps pushing to show the place and said she did not have my phone number to call. I had rented from this company for two years and had the same phone number. Given it to her several times. She has said she will change the locks if she can not get in. Told her she can show the house but not the garage without an apointment. Can she change the locks, or enter the garage without my permission??

Answer:
Generally, a landlord can enter the premises at reasonable times to inspect, maintain, and show the property. However, they must obtain permission from the tenant to enter, except in emergencies. Tenants should not unreasonably deny access. If either party is unreasonable about access, they may seek court intervention for relief.
