I want to know what my ex-husbands rights are involving the unborn child and how he can take steps to insure that he gets access to his child. Can the mother move away, and can he legally stop her from moving? Once she moves, how does he gain joint custody of the child? Her ex-husband is threatening to keep the child from him.
