Hi, I recently won a action for a measuring arm that went for $2000, A day after the "sales" the seller decided not to sell. According to the user agreements we are entering a legally binding contract, so Im looking to get more information as what my rights are in this matter and if I should move forward or not Thank you

This one a simple matter of Offer and Acceptance. If there as an offer to sell without conditions and an acceptance that created a legally binding agreement. If there are any terms of the agreement that address the Seller's right to cancel or not go though with the sale that may make a difference. But absent that he is bound. Since the amount is $2,000.00 you could use small claims Court unless another remedy is specified. If more than one State is involved the agreement should specify when to file.Since the amount is 2,000.00 one thing to consider is whether to cost will be worth the effort.
